a little bit about me...
margaret richey photography has been around for a while but in 2012 i launched my website and made it official. my love of photography started back in college when i was studying at mount vernon college in washington, dc. born and raised in the area i began photographing dogs at battery kemble park, an "unofficial" dog park where my dog persy and i spent many afternoons.
after college i started working for crate&barrel, where i am currently an area visual manager. in 2006 i married my best friend and in 2008 we started a family. we now have 2 young children and a slightly neurotic dog named winnie. we were very lucky in that so many of our friends were having babies around the same time. my camera was never out of my sight and my passion for photographing all things cute grew even more. "capturing life in motion" is what i love to do.
